Warranty Coverage

We can proudly say that we offer a 6 month guarantee for all watch movements! This guarantee does not cover water damage, physical damage or rust. The guarantee only covers a movement that has stopped working for no apparent reason.

Returns Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 3 DAYS of delivery for non-custom orders
• Custom orders are not eligible for refunds
• Items must be in brand-new condition with all original components
• Returns are subject to shipping costs and a $50 USD restocking fee

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of when they are placed, with a $50 USD cancellation fee. Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Important Conditions

• Watches with removed plastics are not eligible for return
• Water-related issues are not covered unless due to manufacturing defect
• Non-defective cases (e.g., size or style preference) are not eligible for return
• Delays in delivery or assembly do not qualify for refunds or cancellations
